Production Planning
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and outlet demand.
- Coordinate closely with production and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply flow to outlets.
Inventory Control
Manage stock levels of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished products at the central warehouse and outlets.
- Monitor and analyze stock movement to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Establish minimum stock levels and reorder points based on consumption trends and lead times.
Forecasting & Data Analysis
Analyze historical sales data, seasonal trends, and promotional impacts to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and outlet operations teams to align planning with actual demand and campaign schedules.
Cross-Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between purchasing, production, quality control, and distribution teams to ensure alignment in planning and execution.
- Translate outlet demand into actionable production and inventory plans.
System & Reporting
Ensure all PPIC activities are accurately recorded in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Generate regular reports on production plans, material usage, and stock status.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities in production and inventory operations.
- Enforce FIFO or FEFO principles to maintain product freshness and reduce waste
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC roles, preferably in the food & beverage, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of food production processes, material flow, and distribution.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and effective in communication and decision-making under pressure.
