Associate Psychologist

As an Associate Psychologist, you will be involved in providing a range of professional psychological services, including:
- Individual Counseling:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to promote clients' mental health, personal growth, and overall wellbeing. - Psychological Assessment:
Administer and interpret psychological assessments for clinical, educational, or industrial/organizational purposes. - Wellbeing Programs:
Design and implement wellbeing and mental health promotion programs for individuals, workplaces, or communities. - HR Development Programs:
Contribute to human resource development initiatives, such as employee assessments, training, and coaching.
Requirements
- Master's degree in professional psychology (either
Clinical
or
Industrial & Organizational
Psychology) from an accredited university. - Active membership in HIMPSI
and registration in
SIAP
. - Preferably holds an
active SIPP
(Psychologist Practice License). - Has
experience in independent practice
or professional experience in clinical or organizational settings. - Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Willing to work under a
partnership (non-permanent)
arrangement with flexible work schemes.
