Job Description:
- Oversee the full production timeline for all video and photo content, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
- Provide clear creative direction and creative briefs and be able to translate briefs from other stakeholders into clear action plans.
- Direct and mentor the creative team, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop creative concepts and a content calendar that meets our brand objectives.
- Plan, organize, and track multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources and deadlines effectively.
- Actively participate in the creative process, offering your expertise in graphic design, photography, or video production as needed.
- Review all final content to ensure it meets our brand guidelines and quality standards before it's published.
- Facilitate the revision process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring the team implements changes efficiently.
- Organize and maintain a library of all visual assets.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in video, photography, and/or graphic design is also required.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire content creation process, from pre-production to post-production.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom is a must. You should also be highly familiar with using mirrorless cameras, specifically the Sony Alpha 7 III.
- Experience with After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to overcome creative and logistical challenges.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
- Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & to travel frequently.
