Conduct Development
- Deliver training roadmap and development program to FA that decentralized in respective region
- Implement training and development program agreed by RSM in order to support initiative by region focusing on FA skills and capability
- Roll out company initiative, running strategic development activity and ensure the passing grade of post test according to expectation
- Maintain good relationship with the sales force to ensure all training activities align and support the business
- Running varies training according to the training roadmap or corporate initiatives socialization. Furthermore execute learning development activities in accordance with the needs of each region that agreed by
- RSM in the form of DNA to ensure FA's behavioral change.
- Collect feedback from the sales force and analyze the challenge they had during the sales process
- Ensure Lead Activity is running
- Running training and monitor the learning development progress of new and existing FA in respective region to achieve the PRCC target
- Provide monthly development plan and agreed with RSM. Provide progress update and reporting to stake holder
- Min Bachelor degree in any major
- Has 2-5 years’ experience as trainer especially sales trainer in insurance or banking industry
- Has Coach/Trainer or any related certifications is a plus point
- High passion in developing people
- Good in social media as learning media
- Has good communication, presentation, and negotiation skill
- Good in stakeholder management
- Interpersonal skill
- Understand health and protection product
- Knowledge on selling skill
