Sales Executive Freight Forwarding

Main Responsible:
· Client Development & Maintenance:
Develop and maintain clients, conduct visits and negotiations, address urgent and critical needs of key clients; maintain peer client relationships, provide after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
· Sales Planning & Performance Improvement:
Develop and execute sales plans, continuously improve sales performance, regularly review teamwork, report on business progress and key client collaborations.
· Accounts Receivable Management:
Manage client accounts receivable, ensure timely collection, and be responsible for team collection rates.
· Used to working with sales targets
· Able to work under pressure
Job Requirements:
· Educational Background: Minimum Diploma/S1 from any major
· Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing/sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistic industry is preferred
· Business Knowledge & Skills:
Understand international logistics operations;
Knowledge of overseas air/sea freight markets, demands of local enterprises;
Strong client development skills, excellent sales techniques, negotiation, and operational abilities;
· General Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in office software (MS Office);
· Fluency in English both Oral and Written
