About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team at PT Sanggraha Pintar Logistik Indonesia. This full-time position will be based in Semarang, Central Java, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the finance and accounting functions
- Continuously improving processes and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of the finance and accounting department
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the logistics industry
- Proficient in the use of SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
