About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team at PT Sanggraha Pintar Logistik Indonesia. This full-time position will be based in Semarang, Central Java, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the finance and accounting functions
  • Continuously improving processes and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of the finance and accounting department

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the logistics industry
  • Proficient in the use of SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
