Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (IQOS Expert) professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling IQOS products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The professional will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions while consistently meeting sales targets. This individual will also maintain detailed product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
Proficient in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage
Passion for the tech or lifestyle industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Welcomes all Customers as they enter the touch point, memorizes them and stays available all the time,
Understands customer's experience and needs,
Uses sales strategies for Customer support,
Guides Customers through all relevant touch point experiences;
Assists Customers end-to-end in touch point;
Manages the after-sales service and support,
Stocks the shelves and cleans the touch point.
