Job Responsibilities- Manage and responsible for the overall Credit Analyst Process.
- Ensure all processed applications comply with policy & procedures.
- Enhancing quality of service delivery relating to credit applications.
- Responsible to maintain daily and weekly credit report.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Identify and organize training needed by team.
- Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
- Monitoring, developing team performance, and coaching team.
- Minimum experience 3 years as Assistant Manager/Officer Credit, Internal Audit, Risk Policy in Bank/Multifinance/Fintech P2P Lending.
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, self‑driven, and performance‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Well organized with strong capability in managing multiple priorities and completing projects on time.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Exhibits honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
