About the Role
As a
Solutions Architect
, you will play a key role in supporting Kinobi's Go-To-Market operations, covering areas such as global sales and tender coordination, compliance documentation, and client solution delivery. You'll manage the business cycle from opportunity creation to post-bid execution, ensuring smooth collaboration across Sales and Product/Implementation, while maintaining excellence in execution, communication, and client experience.
Job Description:
- Manage lead qualification, proposal development, and RFP coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos with potential clients, working closely with internal teams to showcase product capabilities and align solutions to client needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender documents within defined SLAs, maintaining high quality and precision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular engagement and proactive follow-ups.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Co-founders, Product Managers, and Sales leads to ensure strategic alignment and operational clarity.
- Support audit and compliance documentation (e.g., ISO 27001, IMDA) and ensure all requirements are completed on time.
- Provide data-driven insights and feedback to improve GTM effectiveness, proposal success, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and reporting, ensuring full visibility of all opportunities and progress.
- Take initiative in driving activities that support the achievement of revenue and conversion targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, business operations, or GTM roles.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to translate client needs into clear solutions or proposals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams (Co-founders, Product, Sales).
- Able to handle tight deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI tools or process automation is a plus.
- Previous exposure to RFP processes, solutioning, or client-facing documentation preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to grow in both commercial and operational aspects of the business.
