**Role Overview:**
As the **Senior Operations Assistant**, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our team and operations from **zero to one**. You will work closely with the management team to set up processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide essential support to the company's daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
Assist in the setup of the **new operations team**, establishing workflows, and creating operational efficiencies.
Manage **work permit applications** for overseas employees, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and requirements.
Handle the application and renewal processes of various **permits with local government authorities**.
Coordinate and liaise with government offices, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Perform general **administrative tasks** to support office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.
Serve as a key point of communication between the company and external authorities.
Support in vendor management and procurement of office supplies and services.
**Requirements:**
**Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia** (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in **office administration** or **operations support**, preferably in a property management or relatable industry.
Experience handling **work permit applications** for overseas workers and navigating **local government permits**.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local regulations and procedures related to permits and compliance in Indonesia.
