Job DescriptionHandle user inquiries and complaints through live chat, phone calls, and email. Ensure user satisfaction, communicate website maintenance status, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Support or related fields. Fresh graduates welcomed.
- Experience handling user inquiries via live chat is a plus.
- People‑oriented, proactive, communicative, and with good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
