As a Sales Executive at Innapack (PT. Trimitra Indoplast Mandiri), you will drive B2B growth by building strong client partnerships and delivering innovative flexible packaging solutions across Indonesia.
What You'll Do :- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities, focusing on corporate clients and industrial sectors that require flexible packaging solutions
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with business clients by providing tailored packaging solutions aligned with their operational needs
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers at client companies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, contract closing, to after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Experience in B2B sales (packaging, printing, FMCG, or related industries) is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills in B2B settings
- Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about the packaging industry
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang/Bekasi/Jakarta and travel as required
