Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments (Production, R&D, Quality Control, Marketing, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment platforms, and workforce agencies.
- Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline to support both current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze labor market trends and provide insights to management for effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental manpower requirements.
- Design and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for new hires.
- Prepare and monitor the annual recruitment cost projection and ensure budget efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital recruitment tools and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
