Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments (Production, R&D, Quality Control, Marketing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment platforms, and workforce agencies.
  • Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline to support both current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze labor market trends and provide insights to management for effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental manpower requirements.
  • Design and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs for new hires.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual recruitment cost projection and ensure budget efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital recruitment tools and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
