Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Human Resources, based in Surabaya. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities across the company's business units, including developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, managing employee relations, and supporting HR management. The role involves strategic planning and alignment of HR objectives with business goals to create a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Min 3-4 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Expertise in Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic HR decisions
- Experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry
- Manage & perform other general affairs tasks
- Manage payrolls calculations
- Support all the company's group activities
