Hi We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia. We're looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow our salon channel. In this role, you'll drive sales, build strong relationships with our salon partners, and ensure our brands become the top-of-mind choice for professional haircare.
What You'll Do
- Sell PMI Haircare products to salon partners and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing salons while expanding new accounts.
- Ensure implementation of sales & marketing plans, including promotions, product demos, and training sessions.
- Monitor and support retail sales in salons through Duta (Agent) and Duta Partner (Sub Agent) programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations of salon sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform territory management to maximize market potential and ensure efficient coverage
- Track competitor activities and share insights with the team to strengthen strategy.
- Prepare and submit sales reports (daily/weekly, monthly, quarterly) to management.
You're The Right Fit If You
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Have minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or salon professional products.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Are target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
- Comfortable with reporting, data analysis, and using digital tools.
- Have your own vehicle and are willing to travel for salon visits.
