Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Collaborate with boss to align manpower planning with business needs
  • Design and implement learning and development programs, including onboarding and employee training initiatives
  • Plan and execute culture and engagement activities to strengthen employee experience and retention
  • Collaborate across HR functions to ensure a seamless and consistent employee lifecycle experience
  • Strive to achieve recruitment and HR KPI targets within agreed timeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience covering recruitment, training, and employee engagement
  • Skilled in sourcing through job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with English (spoken & written)
  • Can speak mandarin is a plus
