Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate with boss to align manpower planning with business needs
- Design and implement learning and development programs, including onboarding and employee training initiatives
- Plan and execute culture and engagement activities to strengthen employee experience and retention
- Collaborate across HR functions to ensure a seamless and consistent employee lifecycle experience
- Strive to achieve recruitment and HR KPI targets within agreed timeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience covering recruitment, training, and employee engagement
- Skilled in sourcing through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient with English (spoken & written)
- Can speak mandarin is a plus
