Qualification:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other ICT related field.
⦁ 5+ years of relevant experience in ICT, networking, or telecom engineering, with strong exposure to solution design or pre-sales role.
⦁ Proven background in solution design and pre-sales support.
⦁ Technical expertise in at least two or more domains:
* Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAM, MPLS, VPLS)
* Telecommunications (Fiber, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet)
* IoT and Smart Technologies
* ICT Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Cloud Security)
⦁ Excellent presentation and communications skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
⦁ Strong technical writing skills for proposals and documentation.
⦁ Profesional certification in ICT infrastructure, ICT Security, or Networking are preferred.
⦁ Prior experience managing ICT projects in the mining or manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage.
Skill & Competence
⦁ Expertise in solution architecture and system integration.
⦁ Familiarity with industry standard/frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, ISO27001 a plus).
⦁ Hands-on knowledge of major ICT vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
⦁ Awareness of cloud platform (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and hybrid networking.
⦁ Strong analytical, problem solving, and consulting skills.
⦁ Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams and with clients.
Role Purpose
-work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirement.
-Design ICT architectures covering networking,telco,IoT/or security soutions
-Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentation and solution documents.
- lead proof-of-concepts(PoCs) and solution demonstration.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders(sales,product,operations,sourcing) to deliver competitive and aligned solutions.
-provide technical input for RFP/RFQ responses and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
-stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions
-act as a trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams on ICT strategy and best practices
