This position will be placed under one of Blibli's subsidiary companies specializing in electronic retail.

  • Expansion Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for new store openings and market penetration.
  • Site Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential locations, conduct feasibility studies, and negotiate lease agreements with landlords and property developers.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end execution of store development projects, from design to construction and handover.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal) and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Budget & Timeline Control: Manage project budgets, monitor timelines, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity to support expansion decisions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or project management—preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to assess market potential and conduct ROI-driven expansion decisions.
  • Proficient with project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, project management software).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia for site visits and project oversight.
