MISSION
Provide expert travel advice and create tailor-made trips to meet travelers' expectations and needs. Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional service quality and fostering a positive team dynamic within the sales department and Shanti Travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure outstanding service quality for travelers, from trip planning to availability during their journey.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to achieving overall team goals to ensure the agency's profitability.
- Prepare travel quotes in collaboration with our partners.
- Collect, update, and share information about hotels, activities, and service providers with the team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance communication materials (blogs, videos, etc.) related to the destination.
- Contribute to customer retention by gathering and analyzing traveler feedback and integrating it into the company database.
PROFILE
- Enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Passion for travel, particularly in Asia.
- Perfect German speaker
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and via phone and email.
- Sensitivity to multicultural environments.
- Strong team spirit.
- Proven sales experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic calculation skills.
- Comfortable working in a competitive environment and handling pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- Flexible working hours and a high level of enthusiasm.
