We're looking for a
Part-Time Creative Production
a hybrid talent who can both capture and craft. You'll join our creative team to produce, edit, and shape visual stories across projects.
This role is for someone who loves visual storytelling, adapts fast, and thrives in a creative, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Be part of content production days, capturing video, photo, and BTS materials
- Capture and produce video content for campaigns and social platforms
- Edit raw footage into engaging, brand-aligned deliverables
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure every piece of content is visually sharp, emotionally engaging, and on-brand
- Translate brand direction into polished, impactful visual narratives
- Maintain consistent visual quality across multiple formats and channels
- Support production on-set and manage post-production workflow
What We're Looking For
- Hybrid availability: WFH and on-site (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Adaptive: Comfortable switching between creative directions and feedback loops
- Hands-on creator: Confident in both shooting (camera/smartphone) and editing (Premiere Pro; After Effects preferred)
- Creative eye & technical hand: Skilled in both content shooting and editing
- Good sense of rhythm, timing, storytelling, and composition
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Open to collaboration and fast-paced creative environments
- 2+ years of experience in video content creation or similar roles
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating both production and editing ability
