Web Developer

We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Web Developer to join our team full-time. This position offers a chance to work across several brands, helping shape and grow our digital presence while enjoying a supportive and creative work environment.

• Design, build, and maintain responsive websites for our group's brands.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency across design and content.
• Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, update, and enhance existing web projects as needed.
• Contribute innovative ideas for design, structure, and digital improvement.

Required:

• Solid web design knowledge, including UX/UI principles, layout, and visual balance.
• Working SEO knowledge — on-page optimization, keywords, and performance tracking.
• Experience developing or designing other websites (portfolio or samples required).
• A positive and creative mindset, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred but Not Essential:

• Bali-based are preferred for this role.
• Previous travel experience demonstrating adaptability and global perspective.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Understanding of analytics or digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).

• Location: Bali (preferred) or remote within Indonesia.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on skills and experience, compliant with Indonesian employment regulations.
• Work Hours: Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible arrangements possible.
