Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation, and daily operational needs
Support team members and uphold brand standards in every cup served

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (fresh graduates with training experience are welcome)
Strong passion for coffee and hospitality
Basic knowledge of espresso, manual brewing, and latte art
Good communication and teamwork skills
Neat appearance, punctual, and responsible
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
