Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HC Services/Administration; experience in BPJS administration, payroll data management, or HC systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high attention to detail.
- Familiar with HRIS/HC Management Systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to be placed at Nabati Plant: Rancaekek, West Java.
Job Description:
- Manage employee administration, including lockers, work equipment, employee data, and bank account registration, ensuring compliance with HC procedures.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan accurately, including registration updates and documentation
- Operate HC Systems, manage payroll data, and prepare accurate HC reports.
