The qualifications are:
· Bachelor's degree in English Language, Law, Engineering, Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
· Minimum of 2 (two) years' experience in translating or reviewing patent documents.
· Excellent command of English, preferably with a focus on legal or technical writing.
· Proven ability to rewrite and polish sentences for clarity, precision, and conciseness.
· Familiarity with legal and technical writing styles, especially in patent specifications.
· Strong attention to consistency, including terminology, numbering, and reference signs.
· Skilled at identifying ambiguities, redundancies, or unclear terms.
· Ability to work accurately under strict deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Word (track changes, formatting, and style functions).
· Willingness to work overtime when required.
