About the role
We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Bumi Pancasona Sports Club - PT Satya Parahyangan Resort in Bandung, West Java. In this contract position, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our customer service team to deliver outstanding members and guests experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Lead, train and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and support to help them excel
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring guests' needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and monitor customer service policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the resort
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer service initiatives and strategies
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (3+ years) in a customer service supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hotel or sports club
- Demonstrated track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using customer service software and data analysis tools
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
