Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the comprehensive management of company recruitment, training, employee onboarding, regularization, and resignation;

  • Do a good job in administrative management, employee attendance and reward and punishment management;

  • Procurement of office supplies, management of company items, and management of company environmental hygiene;

  • Responsible for customer reception related work and cooperating with the general manager to do a good job in sales management.

  • Do a good job in warehouse management.

  • Do a good job in coordinating with headquarters.

Job requirements:

  • Fluent Chinese expression ability

  • College degree or above, suitable for fresh graduates;

  • Priority will be given to those with a major in personnel administration or work experience;

  • Familiar with personnel administration related knowledge;

  • Having certain management skills;

  • Can speak Chinese and Indonesian.
