About Us

As our Deputy Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to turn creative chaos into consistent success.
You'll ensure that our talents, partnerships, and internal teams hit their KPIs — and that we're making the right strategic moves to grow sustainably.

You'll need to understand how the influencer ecosystem works — from brand briefs and deliverables to social metrics, content cycles, and platform trends (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

What You'll Do

  • Drive performance: Track and optimize KPIs across creator performance, campaign delivery, and brand partnerships.
  • Support strategic planning: Help leadership turn creative ideas into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Bridge teams: Work between talent, creative, and commercial teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
  • Build systems: Develop scalable processes that improve communication, accountability, and operational flow.
  • Partner on growth: Identify new opportunities for talents, from brand collaborations to platform expansion.
  • Represent leadership: Support the Chief of Staff in meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
  • Make data useful: Build reports and dashboards that help everyone see what's working and what's not.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in one or more of the following industries (is a MUST):

  • Advertising or creative agencies

  • Media consulting or content production firms
  • Artist / influencer / talent management companies
  • Livestream / social commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.)
  • Marketing agencies specializing in social media or influencer campaign

  • You understand how creators, brands, and campaigns work together — from pitch to delivery to performance reporting.

  • Excellent at connecting creative goals with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable managing both spreadsheets and storyboards.

  • Confident communicator who can adapt between strategic and creative discussions.

  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to bring order and momentum in a fast-changing environment.
