Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Tanjung Priok. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, performing analytical tasks to identify opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining contact with key clients, analyzing sales data, developing account strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management, Key Accounts, and Customer Service
- Excellent english
- Able to handle/previously managed international clients is a must
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
