Job Descriptions:
- Supervise the availability of raw materials, machines, equipment, and work area.
- Maintain the quality of raw materials and finished goods in the production process according to specifications.
- Manage and plan production needs, machines, labor, work equipment, tools, and facilities for smooth production.
- Monitor reports and analysis of production results.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing.
- Minimum D3, preferably bachelor's degree/S1 or the equivalent of Engineering/Food Technology.
- Having knowledge in FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes.
- Certified as Health and Safety Officer (AK3U) is preferred.
- Required language(s): Basic English
- Having a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in Surabaya.
