About the Role

PT Valdo is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operational management for a major client in the Telecommunication (Telco) sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics and warehousing background, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.

This role demands hands-on operational control, people management, and the ability to maintain performance excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily operational communication with key Telco clients.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness and alignment with client service requirements and forecasts.


• Support management in monthly and quarterly business reviews.


• Lead operational teams in warehousing and transportation to improve vendor performance and productivity.


• Oversee service delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Ensure smooth execution of inventory and logistics processes aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (preferably in Logistics, Management, or related fields).


• 8+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing operations, including managerial roles in companies like DHL Supply Chain.


• Proven expertise in managing multi-site warehouse operations (Technology, Energy, Mining, and Retail sectors).


• Strong experience leading projects for Huawei, Indosat, Nokia, and Schneider.


• Excellent knowledge of inventory management, warehouse optimization, and team leadership.


• Achievement-driven professional, recognized with multiple DHL Country Awards (2017–2024) for operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.
