This role is responsible for delivering hands-on training for front-of-house (store crew) and kitchen team (bakery, pastry, hotmeal) if needed. To ensure full understanding and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Paris Baguette's service and product standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Education, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience as a trainer or store supervisor in F&B (café, bakery, or restaurant industry).
- Hands-on experience in training frontliners.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Energetic, disciplined, detail-oriented, and field-ready.
