Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred).
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in hospitality or similar industry with hands-on cost accounting experience is essential.
· Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
· Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
· Strong understanding of hotel financial operations including AR, AP, purchasing, and inventory management.
· Proficiency in accounting software and hospitality systems
· Strong understanding of financial management, cost control, and accounting principles.
· Excellent command of English and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
· Good presentation, Excellent teamwork skills and Interpersonal relationship skills
· Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
· High level of integrity, discretion, and compliance with financial regulations.
· Willing to work fully onsite in Cikarang.
