What you will do :

  • Saving and recording the results of raw material inspections.
  • Overseeing the production process to ensure it adheres to quality procedures (SOP).
  • Compiling and archiving all QC inspection documents.
  • Actively participating in the implementation of the HACCP, GMP, and/or ISO 22000 systems.

We are looking for you who :

  • Minimum education D3/S1 in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related majors.
  • Minimum experience of 1–2 years in food/beverage industry QC.
  • Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or other food safety systems.
  • Detail-oriented, assertive, communicative, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work in Central Kitchen (Rungkut Menanggal, Surabaya)
