Title : Area Sales Deputy Manager

Location : Jakarta (Head Office)

Department : Sales & Network Development

Reporting to: National Area Sales Manager

I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for each area determined to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
  • Developing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve target set.
  • Controlling the implementation of determined sales strategies in regional distributors
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figure in the market
  • Collecting market feedback and market research data
  • Keeping up to date with products development and competitors
  • Maintaining relationship to regional distributors without losing assertiveness
  • Actively involved in every trade marketing event.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Experienced working as an Area Sales or similar position at least on a supervisory level for 3 (three) to 5 (five) years – Candidates from automotive industry will be prioritized.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
  • Good to excellent English proficiency.
  • Committed to a frequent business travel - up to 50% of the time.
  • Have a durable business experience.
  • Soft skills: Resilient, collaborative and result oriented.
