We are currently seeking candidates who will maintain existing and acquiring new partner/store/merchant to use & optimize their stores using digital transaction platform, that can be used for credit transactions, data packages, tokens, bills, etc. Currently used by credit shops, grocery stores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
- Has experience in Sales or Marketing, especially within the consumer goods / telco industry. (experience in acquisition of stores/merchants of digital payment platform/PPOB would be preferred)
- Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with the readiness to conduct routine daily visits and manage online community engagement.
- Must own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Job Scope/Description:
- Store Visit, negotiation, effective Call, New Store/partner Acquisition
- Store Maintenance: Maintaining and ensuring that visited stores remain active and operational.
- Engage the potential agent, educate agents, inform product promo and new product to agent (If any)
- Encourage agent to upgrade tier (share the benefit of upgrade tier)
- Distribute and install the offline POSM to agent as the branding awareness
- Help to escalate the agent problem (If any)
