The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing business relationships with airline, hotel, cruise, and travel‑related clients represented by PT Discover the World Marketing. This role involves driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring high quality service delivery to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day‑to‑day communication and coordination with assigned clients and partners.

Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives to support client goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance analyses for clients and management.

Coordinate with internal teams and global offices to ensure alignment with Discover the World’s standards.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when required.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of airline, GDS, or travel distribution systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Proactive, analytical, and results‑driven personality.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
