About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administration / Accounting professional to join our team at PT. Rejeki Abadi Wijaya' on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing, and expense reporting
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office duties
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Assisting with the implementation of office procedures and systems to improve efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
What we're looking for
- Fresh Graduate are wellcome, No Minimum experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numerical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with accounting software and practices would be an advantage
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and task completion
