PT Concentrix Services Indonesia is seeking an English CS Email Specialist to join our team in Surakarta, Central Java. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality customer service support through email communication. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients' needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.

- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email in a professional and timely manner

- Proficient in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or email support environment
