Qualifications:
- Min Bachelor's and Diploma Degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Min. 5 years working experiences as Utility Manager, Utility Service Manager (HVAC, Compressor, GENSET, Boiler), building management
- Excellent English language spoken as well as written
- Have experience in project management or project officer
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, able to negotiate and with a good analytical thinking
- Problem solving and able to monitoring process and follow up
- Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes
- Have ability to build strong cooperation with both internally and externally parties (government, Subcontractor, Client)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible as commercial support to create and provide engineering solution for new and existing facility management project
- Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient for technical operation through operation governance compliance, Environment Health Safety (EHS) compliance implemented in operation area/site based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) and operation KPI's target
- Responsible to conduct technical survey, making Breakdown Cost (BDC) calculating and analysis to support commercial tender preparation for new/existing project
- Monitoring job order and work completion through (Facility Management System) application of area/site meet with SLA target
- Coordinate with transition team regarding to ensuring transition process for new project is running smoothly to operation team
