You will responsible (but not limited) to:
- Analyzing Bill of Quantity, specifications, drawings and other contract documents related to the field of work
- Understand measurement standards, parameters for the project concerned
- Coordinate, verify and carry out volume calculations for each work item based on plan and specification
- Preparing tender documents (RAB approval, P3, Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison)
- Checking progress in the field for the project concerned
- Meeting progress with the field team, contractor and design team
- Tracks any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection.
- Prepares and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents.
- Controls the budget and analyzes the cost benefits for all aspects of the work

You will shine in this position if you possessed
- · Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- · Minimum 8 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Property Developer Industry or QS Consultant
- · Analytical & logical thinking skill
- · Accurate and competent in estimation
- · Leadership capability
