- Drive branch sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor and ensure SLA compliance in processing, delivery, and customer service.
- Manage and control portfolio quality, focusing on early delinquency (1–12 months).
- Develop and strengthen agency partnerships to enlarge business networks and market coverage.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver optimal results.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Business / Economy or any related field
- Well experienced at refinancing mortgage or property in banking/financial company
- Experience at least 3 years as Branch Manager in banking/financial company
- Willing to be placed in our branch all over Indonesia, especially in Surabaya - East Java
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
