  • Drive branch sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor and ensure SLA compliance in processing, delivery, and customer service.
  • Manage and control portfolio quality, focusing on early delinquency (1–12 months).
  • Develop and strengthen agency partnerships to enlarge business networks and market coverage.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver optimal results.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business / Economy or any related field
  • Well experienced at refinancing mortgage or property in banking/financial company
  • Experience at least 3 years as Branch Manager in banking/financial company
  • Willing to be placed in our branch all over Indonesia, especially in Surabaya - East Java
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
