JOB DESCRIPTION :
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Provide administrative support and assist the operation manager in daily or monthly tasks
Translating from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa both writing, speaking, and reading
Cooordinate with foreign employee for all of their needs
Doing reimburse, loan, and other financial things to support foreign employee needs
Arrange driver schedule in daily, weekly, monthly
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Bachelor Degree's all major
Having experience as a GA, Secretary, or Translator Assistant
3. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking in Mandarin
Having a good communication skills, responsible, want to learn something new also honest
Coordinate arrangements, meetings or conferences as assigned
A type of person who has loyalty with their job also having a flexible time of work
Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java.
