Job Purpose:

Create and manage engaging digital content to strengthen M&G Life's image, grow brand awareness, and drive retail footfall. This role blends creative production, social storytelling, and community management, ensuring M&G Life (and soon M&G Kids) consistently connects with its target audience

Key Responsibilities & Role Scope:

  • Content Creation & Publishing


• Create and develop social media content calendars aligned with campaign plans and retail launches.


• Produce high-engaging photos, videos, reels, and short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.


• Create lifestyle and product storytelling that reflects the brand's identity.


• Support in-store and event coverage by generating live content during store openings, launches, or activations.

  • Platform & Community Management


• Manage daily posting and maintain brand consistency across all channels.


• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture the online community.


• Identify trending topics and formats relevant to M&G Life's audience to keep content fresh and shareable.


• Create and execute KOL/Influencer strategy

  • Performance Tracking & Insights


• Track content performance using platform analytics (reach, engagement, CTR).


• Prepare monthly content reports highlighting top-performing posts and learnings.


• Suggest creative optimizations based on insights and audience feedback.

Key Performance Indicator:

  • Content Delivery:

◦ Maintain a consistent posting schedule (e.g., 4–6 posts/week).

◦ Deliver high-quality content assets on time for each campaign.

  • Audience Growth & Engagement:

◦ Achieve follower growth on Instagram/TikTok.

◦ Improve engagement rate.

  • Campaign Support:

◦ Ensure 100% social media amplification during all store launches and activations.

  • Operational Efficiency:

◦ Provide accurate and timely performance reports each month.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


• 2–4 years experience in content creation or social media management (lifestyle retail, fashion, stationery, or youth brands preferred).


• Strong visual storytelling and basic design/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).


• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging content trends.


• Excellent copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).


• Ability to work hands-on (shoot, edit, publish content directly).


• Passion for youth lifestyle, creative products, and retail trends
