POSITION SUMMARY

  • Uphold and maintain VM standards of the stores in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Be an Ambassador for the represented brand and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the store with your merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Roll out Brand VM Standards Training to all brand/store teams.
  • Manage Brand VM budget and expenditure.
  • Plan and execute ad‑hoc projects/events, think out of the box ideas and always check for consistencies on all customer facing graphics.
  • Provide support to the team members and create a positive working environment.
  • KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Uphold and Maintain VM Standards of the Stores

  • Through merchandising, create a retail environment that represents the brand using approaches to flex especially during product sell down period.
  • Develop actionable merchandise presentations to maximize sales opportunities by directing innovative merchandising techniques that portray brand direction.
  • Train the store team about visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort.
  • Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all product display and take charge of inventory management and orders.
  • Come up with, revise and present display idea with store Mrs / Mr Brand.

Other hands‑on job scope

  • Apply mall permit to work documentations for every window change, all store on time.
  • Mapping and planning for monthly floor set execution (Malaysia, Singapore and Philippine).
  • Maximizing the space and layout of the store, installing and dismantling displays, using available space to the best advantage.
  • Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes.
  • Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
  • Submit photo share to management for review for all seasonal launching within 1 week and monthly VM Checklist.
  • Create appealing and eye‑catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • Key responsibility of maintaining VM standards for all stores at all the times, with support retail team.
  • Guide instore VMS and store PIC within the team, by sharing regular brand / VM updates and providing regular hand on training.
  • Responsible for all store VM materials, VM props and signage. To ensure all unused fixtures are kept aside neatly to prevent damage or hazard to staff and customers.
  • Coordinate and support with warehouse for set – up for new store launches or store closure, where required.
  • Conduct Miss Brand Call as to ascertain the Miss Brand understand the coming new launch floorset to meet the brand’s directive and to have the consistency across all stores.
  • Consistent refreshing/ flex the display with Miss Brand during store visit especially after 2 weeks of regular launch.
