Qualifications:


• Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales / Telemarketing / Customer Service.


• Proven ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets consistently.


• Strong data analysis skills to monitor performance and develop improvement strategies.


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.


• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.


• Comfortable working with KPI-driven targets and adaptable to change.


• Willing to work onsite in Surakarta with a shifting schedule.


• English proficiency is an advantage.
