Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Bachelor degree with a GPA min. 3.40 majoring Accounting/finance/Tax from a reputable university
  • Possession of Tax Certification is preferred (Brevet A & B)
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong comprehension skills
  • TOEFL score of at least 500, or equivalent IELTS/TOEIC certification
  • Well-presented with a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
  • Honest, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Available to join immediately
  • Willing to work overtime or outside regular working days as required

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee and manage finance, accounting, and tax functions
  • Handle tax-related matters including Articles 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, and VAT, and ensure accurate tax reporting
  • Prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports
  • Calculate employee salaries and ensure timely payment
  • Perform financial transactions and accurately post them to the general ledger, ensuring attention to detail
  • Execute administrative tasks related to finance and accounting operations
  • Manage petty cash, bank cash, and address private financial matters
  • Oversee both online and offline financial transactions
  • Handle BPJS (Social Security), administration and related tasks
