About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, with strong leadership Engineering Management Supervisor to oversee and coordinate critical project administrative and operational functions across our Engineering and Project departments. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Planning & Production, Maintenance, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, and Asset Management function.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth process flows, maintaining proper documentation & control, and driving continuous improvement across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in engineering administration, cross-functional coordination, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administrative planning and strategies to support across Engineering and Operations departments.
- Manage documentation control and ensure process compliance across functions.
- Oversee project administration processes including scheduling, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Coordinate asset lifecycle management, including registration, utilization, movement, and retirement.
- Archive and maintain operational data and records in line with company standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between site operations and HQ.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes and workflows.
- Generate accurate and timely reports for management decision-making.
- Supervise and support administrative staff where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technic, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering administration, operations management, or a related role. Preferably female candidates
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in documentation control & standardization, planning, or project coordination.
- Excellent team leader, strong leadership with communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Proficient in administrative tools such as MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
