The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support for HRBP initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Monitor and update HR dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow up on project deliverables.
  • Support HRBP team in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • Open for fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience with relevant experience in project administration, HR support, or data reporting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to use basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF statements) to support reporting and data processing needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn HR and project management practices.
