General Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Quality to oversee our new plant as part of our ongoing business expansion and international ventures in the automotive industry.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Manager role in the automotive industry is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality strategies in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Handle quality for local and overseas plant (Vietnam Plant).
- Lead the development and execution of the global quality strategy for the organization.
- Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and initiatives on a global scale in the automotive industry.
- Oversee the implementation of quality management systems across all business units and regions.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and local regulations within the automotive industry.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are being followed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality objectives into all operational processes.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement in products and services.
- Provide leadership and support to regional quality teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance quality awareness and competencies among employees.
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead the expansion of business operations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
- Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identify and pursue investment opportunities to enhance the company's portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government entities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles.
Proven track record in managing large‑scale projects and businesses, and an understanding of bonds, obligations and carbon rights.
Skills- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, drive organizational success, and manage complex projects.
- Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing business strategies from the ground up.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies.
Fluent in English and Mandarin if possible.
